Wont let me give rep. When I click rep, I fill out the little reason for rep box, then press accept and I get a message that says that I can't give 0 rep. I looked and I can't see away to change the "amount" of rep im giving.

Had same thing with theme: *Ownedcore Fixed* was not able to rep. But seems bluefox fixed theme working fine to rep people
