[Q] New "Oneshot"-script or what?

Okay, I have a simple question -
its not about how to or how I am able to use it - but, is there a new script/hack available?
We have a couple of players which get hc spine/morchok/dw with half blue gear, fresh 85, without any guild that would carry them or carried them.
this + the void storage bug/glitch - gms arent able to delete/locate items in the void storage, they disappear from your activity feed.
anyone got more infos on that? just want to be sure, because there is NO way they did it (as they apparently, judging by the number of spine trinkets and dw weapons, do 25s and we have only 10s guilds with clear) with a guild which is known for having "clear".
