[Uncut] iDroidBot Gameplay Video

I have been working on getting some footage together for a new iDroid Video, but in the meantime while I do some fancy editing and some stuff to make the video a little more "watchable", I decided I should release a video that is the exact opposite.

In this video you will see an entire game, with no special effects of any kind (except some text and blurring of names). You will see the bot enter the warzone and complete it fully. This particular Huttball match starts with around 7 minutes left (didn't want a 20 min long video). Rather short, but you will see multiple kills, deaths, and everything in between.

Note: Our bots log(that is clearly visible in the video) shows each attack and movement it does.
This is to prove that it is really the bot doing everything you see.

Tunanocrust you must have been caught using something else. As your quote says non-combat bots, which is not what bioware lists a suspension from our bot as.

Also, for the record. You can check original post dates, we had way points WAY before Ares. Not to mention, way points have existed for like..10 years? Not new technology lol...


Plenty of trash talking that I could do about Ares, but the team at iDroidBot have a little more class than that.

Hmm... it is true that iDroid had waypoints *BEFORE* Ares did. Therefore, if anybody "stole" anything, Ares did.

iDroid had waypoints when Ares "premium" bot would simply walk forward a few steps, turn left, walk forward, turn, etc. A bunch of random poinless directions until somebody happened to walk into range of being tabbed, then the "combat system" would kick in.

Anyway... these are both BOTS and you have an EQUAL chance of getting banned using either of these bots, *if* you are botting while AFK. These bots will not perform better than humans in any normal situation. That Ares video was proof enough, the very video used to "advertise" the Ares bot listed the botter at the very bottom of the BG. People aren't that stupid, if you constantly suck then they can start watching you. Anybody who watches you for a minute or two will be able to know you're a bot. This is regardless of which bot you choose.

I'm not saying the two bots are equal. I'm saying you probably have an equal chance of being caught and SUSPENDED (1st offense).

I will agree to some extent qbert34. And thank you for the level handed post =]
My only disagreement is that I believe iDroid will spend less time (0 time actually) ever running into a wall. I have HEARD(I have not tried Ares, and can only speak from what I am told), that Ares will run into a wall indefinitely if knocked into the "Pit" area of huttball. I believe that running into walls and that sort of thing are what really get you caught botting. So in that way I believe that iDroid is safER (I wont claim that you can bot afk forever and never get caught because thats just not possible).

Compared to a wow bot such as pirox, I would agree. It is just not possible yet to be THAT good. But we will get to that level with time, and in order to spend the time, we need people willing to help us out =] Every project has to start somewhere, and I feel we have a good start, but are long from finished.

God I love this bot, there is not much else to say. With what's out there, this has to be the best of bunch. I get at least 2 metals, even been voted MVP for heals, little did they know I was healing myself Can't wait for more features that are just around the corner, This bot is gonna go far!
