Well I cant test this myself but i guess he is specced into Telekinetic Balance (no cd on telekinetic throw) and casts tele throw for about a millisec and cancel it and starts over. Should be affected by GCD but I cant test it myself.
    1. Spec into Telekinetic Balance.
    2. Make a macro that casts Telekinetic Throw -> cancel it after x ms -> repeat
    3. Insane dmg? since it doesnt look like he is getting any GCD
    This is my theory

I've tried it with a razer macro. It is limited by gcd but it is about x2 faster then channeling. It is not as fast as the hacker in the video. He is using some sort of speed hack to reduce gcd. unless there is a gcd hack already.

Tested around a bit on my Sorc using a Razer Macro using Force Lightning and then after 50ms delay press the escape on a loop.
First off the normal Damage defenetly is increased but now for the actual fun part. When you have a group of enemys and target someone in the back, then press the macro you cast one Lightning on your current target loose your target and all of a sudden a seemingly random burst of Damage hits the closest enemy to you usually around 50-80% of their HP.
Tested in WZs and against mobs on Ilum 100% reproduction rate as long as the following conditions are met:
More then 1 enemy in cast range
First cast has been on one of the further targets
You need to have auto targeting activated in the preferences menu

I like where your head is at on this one.... What if we tried casting lightning then targetting self while spamming then target last target.. would this replicate the same thing?
    Yup.
