Im not really sure i didnt look into it much. If its for EU only.. why bother? the US has a less population that play any way.

This could be a lot more specific.

Aion goes F2P for USA on April 11th, 2012.
Accounts that have paid for Aion will now have a gold membership once Aion goes f2p
If you even look at the site
It says it right there.
Gold membership will get extra features which I don't know right know but you could most likely find out with a few google searches.
