the innerspace extension ISXEve has 0 km autopilot built into it.

ISXEve also has their own bot called EVEBot.

I use it for mining/missions. The only catch is that you'll need to script your own missions if you plan on doing lvl 4 combat missions. They made it super easy to script your missions.
