Have a blue saber or red saber while having the opposite alignment

This could be imperial only, not sure. About half the commendation vendors have sabers that have red or blue crystals. These lightsabers don't have an alignment requirement so you can switch out mods/hilts and it will stay like that. I haven't tried to remove the crystal to see what would happen.

Marauders can dual wield red and blue sabers.

Yes, the sabers have a default color. all the empire ones i checked, when no crystal, were red. I'm light side so early on when the crystals stats arent so critical, it can be fun

You can use any colour crystal anyway its just you wont get the stat bonus
