Verified Member ID not getting through

I payed through paypal, and I have my number in an e-mail. I saw that I have to e-mail [email protected] and I did, with my receipt number and phone number. but It got sent back to me. When I go to the payments page, I see that at the top my 6 months show up.

What can I do for it to show up beside my name on the forums?

did you send in an ID like passport, drivers license or something? I think you need to do that... And from what I can gather from the chat it can tak some time for it to kick in.

it just said i have to pay 7$ and then email the thing above. it gave a delivery error, like the account isnt active or something. All it asked is for receipt number and phone number.
