MMOViper's SWTOR Hunting Bot

Viper just posted theirs.. not sure what all it includes this is their post:

Its really buggy, its not all that great at the moment, but I present to you:

SWTOR - Star Wars - The Old Republic ..... ViperBot.

Included in this beta release of the bot:

1. Early version of the radar
2. Early version of a patrol bot
3. Hotkeys, name of mobs to fight, companion/pets.

I dont know if I got all of the defaults included, so if you experience anything querky, check your settings in game, and in the bot.

All I remember so far, is you need to turn on Enemy Name templates, and auto loot all, and area loot.

Please post on the forums and let us know what works/doesnt.

I only tested with melee chars, I'll get around to ranged in a day or so.

No screenshots, no videos, nothing yet, but a announcement and a link in their downloads area.

I've heard mixed reviews about viper being very difficult to setup, anybody tried it out yet?

Havent tried out this one, but the ff14 leveling bot worked fine for me.

Has anyone got the chance to try this bot out from mmoviper? seems you can't register for the site with out paying money..

From the post @ mmoviper doesn't seem worth it, or even safe. I'm personally waiting for honorbuddy's.

Thanks for the reply but even if they do come out with one, I've been less than impressed with honorbuddy. First its like 150 bucks a year.. OUCH, next they have been sued, and are currently waiting trial in feb which they might dissappear like glider. Finally they create a bot for other games besides wow (aka ryftomate) and then drop support after a few months. So no for 150 bucks, they can stuff it, lol.

I looked around at other sites, damncheaters, macrogoblin, etc.

Been reeading up on mmoviper and watching some of their other bots on youtube, seems fine.

I didnt see anything else out, so I guess I'll be the guinea pig and take the plunge.

I'll post my experiences so if I get screwed, hopefully others wont.

yeah but its nice to have something thats updated kept up to date for example mmoninja has made some nice tools

Honorbuddy's nowhere near 150 a year. In fact, its a 1 time payment and you never have to pay again, and WAY less than 150

Not sure where you're getting your information.

Not to mention, most hacks/bots that get attacked by blizzard fold like a lawnchair. Honorbuddy plans to fight, and even if they can't win they want to hold it out. Also, Rift spent their entire dev teams focus on anti-bot/anti-hack, so it is extremely hard to maintain(though they game sucks as a result) and honorbuddy offered refunds.

Well I promised I would share my results...

As people have said it is not easy to setup. There is no guide yet (although he promises to make one "soon"). There was a few setup videos that helped, and I got it up and running. Horribly buggy, but with the patch that came out today, it fixed almost all of my problems, and I have had it hunting for 2 hours non stop. I'm glad to see updates, I hate buying something and then it just being abandoned.

It took a while to get all of my spells working like I wanted them, and after an hour of messing with it, I am now getting a feel for how the bot works. It is surprising how advanced some of the features are but most are far beyond what I need.. which is a farming bot.

He says he is going to add warzone and harvesting in a future patch. Until then, I'm satisfied with the 20 bucks I spent.

do you have any info from their forums how detectable it is?
