    Custom content for other players?

    So I have started wondering since I today added some Cataclysm objects by hand to my database from a patch named "Q", that If I add stuff like that to my database, does player from my server have to load the patch to see the objects in game or so they see it if its in my database and the patch-Q.mpq is in my wow folder. I am running the server by my own core if that information helps!

    Okay other question, since I might get many patches that I add, can I combine them to one patch so people don't have to load huge bunch of patches ? )
