Need New Headphones!

Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy some new headphones, but I have a few requirements. First of all I use an iMac so they have to be compatible with OS X (some headphones come with installation software), and secondly they must be wireless. I may use them on my Xbox 360 if compatible, but this isn't needed, just an added bonus.

I have dug about and found a few possible candidates, but without actually hearing them or trying them on it's a hard decision! Does anyone here have any experience with any of these?

I'd personally get the Logitech headset (I have it myself, awesome quality), but I don't know if it's mac compatible.

Did you have to install any software for it Zoidberg? On the site it says "7.1 surround sound and G-key programming require software installation." This is the only reason I can see it not working on Mac. Because it would royally suck to buy the headset then find out I can't actually enable 7.1!

Otherwise I would recommend it, too, heard some good things. I also heard good things about razor headsets

Ah that's a bit of a shame, cheers for the heads up Narudan. I still play games on Windows using bootcamp, but if I'm paying good money I want to it work across both OS's. Looks like I can tick that one off then!

I also found out that on the SteelSeries ones, the mic doesn't work on PC/Mac, only Xbox. So that's useless, also Razer emailed me saying that none of their products are "officially" supported on Mac so not worth the gamble.

I decided to purchase the Sound Blaster Tactic3D Wrath Wireless so I'll let you know what they're like once they arrive
