Except in their guide they didnt get too far into the lounge.

heres a copy-paste of my post in that thread
so i found out you can completely make it inside if you use the teqnique of the lagging from the program that allows you to skip mobs, just set it really low, like 7, run in, travel up, and be a free member of the elite. Make sure its low, like 7 or so, and if you're lucky, the vendor will pop up, allowing you to buy certain goods.... certain..... VIP goods..... :P

By doing this you save litterally $20 or one-million credits (1,000,000creds). If you're lucky enough you can lag in and purchase goodsfrom the vendor without the wristband.

This does not work. You are unable to talk to the NPC vendor while NetLimiter is active, and disabling it followed by mashing right click won't open the vendor before you are kicked out.

But yeah if you actually managed to figure out a way to buy VIP only items using "my" tricks, then do have some rep

Can you post any proof that you're able to interact with the VIP vendors? Because you can't be lagged when you talk to them, and as soon as the server notices that you're in the VIP area it ports you down :P

What i did was i stood at the wall behind the vendor and turned it off, it happened 2/3 times but everytime i tried it i was standing in that spot

as far as i know, the vendor won't talk to those who dont own collector's edition. i have digital collectors myself and he's ignoring me.
