Guest companion crafting

When you have a guest companion, you can click your trade skill (I have cybertech for example) and in the bottom right of the trade skill window there is a drop down, you will be able to select your guest companion and send them to craft your items.

If it was intentional it wouldn't say "Guest" on a Guest companion where the crafting buttons are located for the rest of your companions.
