Double gathering pickup [Physical Gathering]

Easy step by step guide to getting twice the amount of resource from a physical gather, e.g a archealogy crystal

Requirements: Companion, fast clicks

Simply right click the node multiply times till you see the cast bar for gathering on both your companion and yourself and if timed right boom! double the resource would gladly take a screenshot but i dunno how that would be proof, would be easier just doing it yourself, hope this helps guys - Zekky~

Notes: This does not always work and i have no idea if lag is a issue extra notes are- im playing on the EU server Traycus Academy - Jedi Knight class with T7 companion with a ping ranging from 20-50ms!

Doesn't work with 33ms latency and super fast click (had both cast bars EXACTLY the same)

Did you get double loot or double skill ups? I've got the loot box to open twice, but only one set of loot looted. I'm at max skill so I can't test the skill ups.

Well I tried it out with makro and 10ms delay between each klick.
30-50ms -> nothing (Error already being gathered)
then I started laagin myself to 200-300ms -> nothing
Adjusted makro to different delays(up to 300ms), still no double loot or skill up .
Tried with slicing & archealogy
You managed to replicate this?

It does the 2 castbars, but you don't get 2 gathers

did you actually get the loot two times or are you only assuming that you got it twice since you saw 2 loot windows ?

You have a chance each gather to get 2 different types of loot from each node, maybe intended or not it is the game itself which does this and not some random exploit.

I've had many loot windows open with 2 types of loot in it, perhaps the OP has mistaken this for what he believes to be an exploit using himself and his companion?

Sorry for the late response, well its been fixed since the mini patches, also found that that positioning of your companion to the node was a contributing factor but that doesnt matter now, sorry dudes and dudettes!
