You can get Max or infinite skill points by

Just install cheatengine and searching for the value.

You can narrow down the search by refunding your skill points then spending them without committing until you have the right value.

Change the value to 120.

It stays even after you loggout xD

Still can't believe they put this client side.

Money, items, and stacks are all controlled server side so this method wont work.

Shouldn't this be in the Swtor hack or bots and program section? It's not a exploit of you use a third party software.

At the moment the skills are all based on server side. Most likely will be fixed within a few days or for sure by the official release.

this worked in beta only.

there was no "hot fix" for this. this is a simple cosmetic cheat, just like for wow if you were to modify gold/skill points/stats, things like that.

Since Diablo 2, companies have learned to NOT store things client side for online play...

It's a client side hack doubt it would work anymore and besides you would be detected in no time using cheat engine, There's a reason they allowed it in the beta so they could fix it before release.
