PvP Features
I always thought that PvP was exciting and makes the server come alive so i encourage most people to do so.

*Shields around Teminon and Primum are working without geting spawn killed
*You must work for your ABG gear(donating isn't allowed)
*You gain extra Plat medals from Balaurea Fort Raids
*Godstones and high level Enchantment stones were added to Ragnorak, Omega, and the Deux's from fort raids.
*With having a higher AP Rate I've increased the amount of AP you need to recieve before you reach a certain rank starting from Rank 1 to Governor. I fixed the bug in where you wouldn't receive the rank right away and then person below you with less ap would receive it first.
