Best outlands warrior 6-70 spec?

I think basically planning on doing pve, instances and quests, i need a spec which will bring mobs down fast but at the same time let me tank..

So far from 1-60 i used dual weild swords, fury spec but thinking of going 2h axe. Which way should i go?

Good for getting big hits and killng stuff fast but for also great PvP as well when you need it.
