Getting all yellow items for your new character.

This is stupidly easy,

In beta, roll a new char, play it in a public game from level 1 until you first fight the skull king. Do the skull king quest the first time, finish it in the group, grats, you just got a yellow specific to your character. Delete the toon, make a new one, rinse and repeat. Do this until you've grabbed all yellows for your character.
