Should I upgrade? if Yes, what?

So I am debating with myself if I should upgrade my computer. Thought I am a n00b when it comes to hardware so I am asking you if I should upgrade it, overclock it or throw it out.
    Here are my current specs:

    Operating System:
    Windows 7 Ultimate N 64-bit
    System Manufacturer: Intel
    System Model: Thurley
    BIOS: Default System BIOS
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
    Memory: xOCZ Gold Low-Voltage DIMM Kit 6GB PC3-12800U CL8-8-8-24 (DDR3-1600
    Motherboard: Jetway BI-600, Intel X58+ICH10R, Socket 1366, 6xDDR3 Dual/3, 2xGbLAN, Audio8.0, 6xSATA2-RAID, 2xESATA, 4xPCIe16
    PSU:ECS XS-750, 750W
    Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 | 1024MB GDDR5, 128bit
    Monitor: Acer GD245HQ (3D monitor)

so what are your thoughts?? Please if you want me to upgrade something then be sure that It is compatible with the motherboard etc.

3 monitors is stupid, no need at all.. Would you be reading 3 books at the same time as well?
Does the MotherBoard support 12gb of Ram?
    Benefit of the 580?

(Remember that I am not living with my parents so I have an electricity bill to pay...)

What games do you play and looking forward of playing? Your current card isn't acutally that bad, it can easily play bf3 on high. I had one of those before and I could play crysis on ultra with 30 fps if I didn't have anti alising on. If you only use your computer for gaming you won't need to upgrade your ram.

Get an ati 6970 or if you can afford it 6990 as they are low power usage and a higher spec than your current graphics card, they also fully support 3D. As you have an i7 I would assume that your motherboard can support up to 16gb if not 32bg of ram.
If you need me you have my skype, if you don't have my skype then you don't need me.

GeForce GTX 580 vs Radeon HD 5770 – Performance Comparison Benchmarks @ Hardware Compare It's about double as good as your current hard. But the power consumption is much higher...

Yeah I am looking forward to D3, BF3 and SW:ToR so only gaming - The thing is that I have a 3d screen, could be fun to try a 3D FPS

I might look at it anyways.. The powerconsumption was more of towards JD and the 3 monitors..

Just get a new graphics card and perhaps another HDD (only if running out of space)

Other than that... your spec is extremely nice!

Getting a new GPU and some new HDD's might require you to get a better PSU though.

I would recommend a Gainward GeForce GTX 570 for you. It's a really good card and you can without a doubt play all the games you mentioned on ultra settings. Bf3 might lag a bit on x8 anti alising though but x4 should work flawless. It have a good cooling system and it also suppords 3d monitors as you requested. It's recommended that you run this card with a PSU of 650watt or higher so no problem there either.
The card is 26.7cm (10.5 inch) long so make sure it fits in your case.

Here's a link to a review I found and a danish online store.

If botting and multitasking alot you could definately benefit from a little tad of more RAM (probably 12gb, still abit overkill) (SW:TOR is pretty RAM-heavy from what I've seen) and a new GPU, everything else looks OK.

For a GPU I'd recommend a 6970 or a 6990 if you have the money for it, the GTX 580 is also a good choice if you prefer Nvidia.
If you are on a budget I'd recommend the GTX 560Ti which gives you baaaaaaaaaaaang for the buck. (More than ATi in that range)

I have the Gainward 570 phantom (Gainward GeForce GTX 570 Phantom Review | bit-tech.net) and I can run the BF3 Beta at 1080p on Ultra preset at 30 - 60 fps on Caspian Border, 40 - 60 on Metro. Card runs at around 80c - 85c though lol. The memory gets maxed and the useage is at 98% or 99%
Here's my CPU-Z Validation with my current 100% stable clocks (i5 was at 4.2 but due to it being summer/hot weather I went down to 3.6) - CPU-Z Validator 3.1

Just upgrade the gfx card, your PC will run all those games just fine at 1080p.
If you really want to, pick up a 12GB RAM kit.

I wouldn't upgrade the RAM more than 8gb tho, it depends however if you are a big multitasker or use some video software or the like, if so then go ahead. But you probably wouldn't gain a noticeable difference otherwise. The easiest thing to upgrade would be RAM that is why it's really unnecessary to spend money for low gains. If you need it you could just go to the store and buy some more.

Unless you are 100% sure you want crossfire, stay away! Multi gpu setups have a lot of compatibility issues and driver problems. If you have two cards with 1gb vram each in a crossfire/sli setup you will NOT benefit from the second cards memory, you will just have 1gb in total. 1gb vram on a AMD card is too low for the newer games if you want to have good looking graphics.

And there's microstuttering. Microstuttering is caused when the gpus don't render the frames at the same speed. You will get impressive fps, but it will look like you have less than 30 fps.
