Diablo III Beta - Look out, phishing!

We all should look out, cause there is a phishing email going arround (probably much more than one), Blizzard posted info about it, even in WoW Logging screen, as Breaking News!



One of my friend got this e-mail:

Greetings from Blizzard Entertainment!
We’re gearing up for the forthcoming launch of Diablo III and would like to extend you an invitation to participate in the beta test. If you are interested in participating, you need to have a Battle.net account, which you can create on our Battle.net website.
We will flag you for access to the Diablo III beta test when we begin admitting press. You do not need to go through the opt-in process.
To secure your place among the first of Sanctuary’s heroes,Please use the following template below to verify your account and information via email.
* Name:
* Battle.account name:
* Password:
* Country:
* E-mail Address:
Thanks and see you all in the Burning Hells!

As you can see, the email is not so cleaver, but many of us are to much excited about upcoming Diablo III Beta, and even the smartest one can get phished when emotions take control over you.

So remember: Don't ever send your password to anyone, blizzard will never ask you about your password!
And don't click on any links, instead just visit your blizzard account page (if you'll get beta invitation, you'll see Diablo III beta account as one of your blizzard games).

idd... it also is usually sent with this image which is obviously a fake :P

I bet my ass that 90% of those scams are comming from ppl registered in these forums.... It used to be a cool place before they messed up the "scam" section xD

I like how most of them come from a "noreply" email and there is no other email or link in them
