Im too busy to play WoW anymore and I'm just wasting money at this point. Im willing to let this account go relatively cheap with whatever gametime is remaining on it. On this account is an 85 Paladin [H]/85 Warrior [H]/80 Pally [H], the warrior has the original Amani War Bear, Vengeful Netherdrake 310% mount, and 525 Mining. Well since you have 1 rep and 7 posts honestly I'd only sell it if you let me have the money until it clears from paypal to my bank account because last time I sold an account it got paypal disputed and made my paypal account balance negative.

or have him send payment, and only give him username/password until PayPal clears. He can't do anything with the username/password alone (would need all the other info), and even if he deleted items/toons you could get 'em restored. Of course he'd have to agree to this, but that would be your best bet.
