New Marketplace addition, Name Change

Wanting to change your username here on OwnedCore? Well now you can simply by clicking on the Marketplace tab under our logo, then click Change Username. From there you can purchase a name change for only $5. It is a great way to get that awesome name you always wanted and also a great way to support OwnedCore.

Once purchased is made you will be able to change your name simply by going to Settings > Profile Edit. You will have 24 hours to change your name. There are name change rules posted here: Site Rules

For those members who are Donators or Contributros, you will receive 1 free name change per year.

I paid the $5 when it came out and accidentally changed it to a name I didn't want and JD had reversed it to my original name.

I asked for a refund but being the situation I didn't get one (Although I would still like one if possible please), and I am still unable to change my name to what I actually want.

Also contribs get a free name change every year? I wasn't aware when I paid the $5 (before the rules were made).

If at all possible I would like a refund of my $5 which, would be much appreciated, or atleast my name changed to what I want.

I realize this thread is old but I just paid the $5.00 to change my username and this is what I get under Edit Profile:

"You don't have permission to change your username. "

Please assist if possible.
