Help!!!!!!!!

Hi I am making a private server for my friends and myself and I have encountered a problem with my logon.exe, I have set everything up according to a youtube video but when i run the program i get: "Bind unsuccessful of port 3724"

Try changing the password back to ascent and,

AllowedIPs = "omg-wow.dyndns.org/24"
AllowedModIPs = "omg-wow.dyndns.org/24">

Change to your internal Ip address. Should look something like this:

             AllowedIPs = "192.168.1.7/24"
             AllowedModIPs = "192.168.1.7/24">

Give that a whirl, get back to me with your results.

*edit: Your internal ip is probably different from mine, and this is all in your logon config. To find it, run cmd and then type ipconfig.

The error of ""Bind unsuccessful of port 3724"" means that another program is using port 3724. And as only one program can use a port at a time, you should close out all your other programs and then try starting the login server again.

Ah, forgot about that. :P
In addition to what Kain has said, I faced a similar problem when starting up my own server. Go to your router's configuration page and look into uPnP. If you see port 3724 is being used by upnp, you should go ahead and disable upnp. I did that, and my server is running like race horse on speed.

Dang I tried both of your suggestions and still no luck. I reset my router re-port forwarded all the ports turned firewall off and im still getting the same exact thing :/

Try all my suggestions above in addition to changing the following:

Change the red numbers in your logon config to your internal Ip. I'm going to bed, I'll check back with you in the morning.

Try changing your "RealmListPort = "3724" to RealmListPort = "3725" and see if that works. If it does, then you've got a hidden program using the default port.

Don't forget he would need to forward port 3275, correct?

*Edit: Btw, might as well post the ports I have opened right now, because my server is fully functional.
