Minecraft Middle-Earth project

The youtube video will explain better than me, but I can briefly say that it is a server with a soon year old ongoing project to re-create Tolkien's Middle-Earth in a fairly large scale.

So far this is the largest server in terms of creations that I've seen and the most promising one at that as well.
