Screenshot Hints at New Blizzard Expansion?

Blizzard just posted a new screenshot on their Facebook page which may give clues about the next World of Warcraft expansion. Judging by the information included in OwnedCore's Vengeance of the Void leak, this screenshot may in fact have something new to do with the purported new World of Warcraft expansion, Vengeance of the Void. Still, Mists of Pandaria looms over the scene as the most likely possibility.



For those of you who missed the Vengeance of the Void leak, the expansion featured Ethereals as one of the two possible playable races in this new World of Warcraft expansion. Perhaps the Ethereals will indeed play a bigger role in Azeroth's narrative, and they may even be involved in the not yet revealed storyline of the supposed Mists of Pandaria World of Warcraft expansion.

Another prevailing theory is that the Ethereal NPCS above will offer new services in-game, such as "Transmogrification", or changing the character's model back and forth from updated race models to old race models. "Void Storage" could be a cross-game or cross-realm transfer of BoA or promotional items.

We'll constantly update you with more information as it becomes available.

Guess we will have to see what blizzcon brings. Expect a bunch of cool features showed at blizzcon that will get scrapped right before release as always .

I'm guessing this is for 4.3 too, but the fact they've chosen an ethereal theme is interesting.

It doesn't hint towards "that" expansion at all. Guarantee it's got to do with cross-server mailing.

Well, heres to hoping that Panda island crap is just a smokescreen covering up a much cooler expansion than World of warcraft: asian panda Island with no lore!!!!

So could MoP be just a comic or something!? Because this leads me to believe my friend more whos uncle (thats a blizzard dev) said that VOTV is the expac. I know his uncle works for blizzard (have spoken with him before and emailed his company email :3) but my friend could have been trolling me

Doesn't sound likely, this is most likely a preview of patch 4.3 and MoP is the next expansion. The VotV is just a bunch of nonsense.
