can this be true? or did they just make a very good copy of it?, i havent seen the " real login screen " yet.. so i dunno how it should look like :/

Looks fake as hell. Blizzard's graphics designers wouldn't make buttons and the UI so terribly.

Well, this is obvious fake. The buttons don't even use classic Diablo font...
However, even if there is/will be any leaked beta, it will be (most likely) worthless for you, unless you have a beta-enabled battle.net account for yourself.
As far as we know, you will have to be logged-in all the time (like in MMO), so without the beta account, you'll be stuck on the login screen Unless there will be some major development in the login server emulation section...

The obvious solution would to be running some kind of auth locally to be "online" at all time. Should not be too hard.
