Does anyone know a workaround to the max file name length in mywarcraftstudio?

The one I have is the latest one from curse-gaming (.7). I can't find the newest one online anywhere except for a site that has it in some unextractable file. I would appreaciate it if someone gave it to me or told me where to find it.

Also, in addition to my last request, I was wondering if there is any way to open a .wmo file without the whole MWCS program freezing. I've tried using MPQMaster but it doesn't open patch.mpq, which contains the file I need.
