Making avatars!

ill be willing to make avatars much like mine and relz (your picture with a pretty border and "special effects"(like my blue, or anything like that)) if you want one, link me the picture (prefered to be small and square, but depending on hte exten i can work with it) or tell me a rough idea of what you want, and tell me what you want the name to be (im not very good at making names though, so if youd like it blank thats fine too) and ill try my bestest. also if you want it altered after you see it and its not how you imagined, thats fine too


If you want to know a couple of the "special effects" i can do and such, please ask. im not using a very advanced editing prgram but it defentily will get the job done most of the time (pretty much a combination of paint and another program i didnt know i had till about a week ago...)

I know its not really *making* and avatar, but if you want to change the title to "resizing an image and putting a border on it, and maybe doing some effects to it so you can use it as your avatar!" feel free, but IMO the current title sounds better...
