Bot for easy Justice/Valor gain?

Is there any bot currently available that can easily do this? I don't mind using pvptool, but its acquisition of Justice points through Honor points is slow, and it can't do anything to gain Valor points.

Would appreciate help on this. I'm not looking to auto-bot dungeons or nothing, just have an easier time gaining Justice and Valor for the extreme-tier PvE items.
