The shaman is Full vicious offpieces with 3 pieces resto and 2 pieces elemental for extra resil. He also has Darkmoon card Tsunami. The elemental gear is also full vicious besides 2 or 3 offpieces.

There is also a level 71 warrior in full brutal with most of his gear enchanted and gemmed with best in slot gems/enchants.
Theres a level 73 Druid on another server with random quest stuff.
