How long does 70-80 take you? also curious about 60-70's length of time. And 1-300 herb or 1-300 mining costs & time ?

Still waiting on how long it takes you, seeing how I bot myself I would only buy it if its faster.. which is a good possibility so let me know on 60-70 and 70-80 pls, i have 3 toons at 66 and one at 56 so thats 4 orders.

I only buy expansions based on levels, so I'd be looking at 66-80 and 56-80 without cata.. so if thats fine let me know your usual time to do those and what the prices are
