Best instance farm

Im a rogue playing a TBC realm, whats the best place for me to like solo stealth to a chest/mob for good gold or items? I have a teleport program if that would help me get somewhere better?

Maybe the last mob behind Kargath Bladefist in the Shattered Halls on heroic - He drops primal fire and other elements which I ever sold good in TBC.

I think he is one of the best mobs for farming gold with a rogue. But I'm not sure if he is attackable before Bladefist is dead! You have to try yourself on this server.
