Everlasting Sticky Coating Enchant

Hi Folks,

after some time monitoring this (combat log etc.),
i noticed, that the Sticky Coating ranged weapon enchant (which roots a target) is lasting forever, even after changing the weapon.

Got one of this enchants while skilling Weaponsmith and applied it to my mid-level bow (the buff lasts 2 hours iirc) but after several levels and a bunch of ranged waepon upgrade, it stills proccs of ranged attacks.

i guess this isn't working as intended
