Daily quest in Scarwood Reach - farm Artifacts.

Just east of Perspice in Scarwood Reach you can do a daily quest which involves defeating an easy opponent, you can do this 3 times a day, following a low XP and cash reward.

Location: (pretty sure Guardians have the equivalent quest somewhere, and it would probably work just the same way there.

Each mob also drops an artifact which is part of a set, 16 in total.

You can farm these artifacts quite easily, for selling or using yourself to complete your set.(on my shard they go from 10-30g each)

What you do:
Take quest
(mob spawns) Tag mob
Abandon quest
Kill mob and loot artifact
Take quest again.

Do as many times as you want.

Might be a good idea to do it when no one else is around, I have found that if you take it the same time as someone else, it might not work.
