Decent-Good farming spot.

So, been here off and on for awhile and have finally come up with something worth contributing to rift, a decent little spot that VERY few people actually farm.

The spot is Crown Hill in Stillmoor. What you're killing is all of the undeads/mathosian. I normally pull 3-6 of them as a Melee Cleric (Shaman) and AOE them down, normally netting me 5-7 Spellspun, a couple random grays, and the odd green with the ocasional blue popping up.

In about 30 minutes I ended up farming 200 Spellspun Silk, which on my server is 3.5-4 Plat, so that alone got me 14 plat min, + selling all the greys (which will be random, but so far It always ends up near the same amount) got me another 2 plat, and selling the greens got me 2 plat (vendored the blue as well, was lazy and it was a shit blue endurance peice).

So all in all, I'm making about 18 plat Minimum every 30 or less farming this spot, the respawns are VERY good, again I was pulling a minimum of 3 mobs and ALWAYS had another 8+ on screen to kill as I worked circles around the place.

mhm farmed it for 50 minutes:
227 Spellspun Silk
3 greens
~ 2 plat greys
~ 4 plat loot
and 2 Rat Tears ^^

playing Necro Mage so no downtime - sometimes killing 6 mobs same time - pulling the next mob(-group) while still figthing 1 mob <30% HP
which means pure farming - and yeah... decent farming spot

Just a heads up, Thats about my average size pull, which netted me 16.49 gold just from the gold/silver, 14 Spellspun Silk, a green that sold for 20~ gold, and a couple grey items for 6-7g each. So it's surprisingly deceptive good farming , bank characters have upwards of 1k plat atm .

This spot is awesome! Always getting alot of the Silk in no time.

The only little nerf i recognized on this spot is:
Since 2 Weeks every mob has a high chance to spawn with a Buff. So 80% of the mobs are buffed and do a little bit more Dmg.

Edit:
But it is still the best spot I know to farm P (With Outffiting & Runecrafting).
The spot is getting visited more often, too.

I can't imagine that there are people not knowing this

I aoe farm there all the time ... 16 stacks of silk in 2 hours and udsually couple of blues.
With my warrior i also got no downtime ... i clear the place in a few minutes.

Was using the spot recently on my cleric to grind out the 110% mount in a Inquis/Justicar spec pulling an average of 10~ mobs a pull. Decent turnaround, for sure, but depending on the time on my server it gets relatively PACKED.

Hot damn I can't pull that many yet, only like 4-5 with a Bard/Ranger spec. How do you take so much dmg when you're a cleric?
