Didnt get donator

Hey,

Like 14 days ago i've been trying to get a donator status by paying with my creditcard, but for some reason the payment didn't want to go through, it said something about my adress being incorrect, so i gaved up finally after a couple of tries. Yesterday i've checked my card transactions, and found out that i was billed for it anyway, but i dont have donator status. Transaction is from 10-03-2011.

I don't have any transaction number;/ there isnt any on my card statement either, all it says in my bank is

10-03-2011 MMOKINGS COUNCIL BLUFF and the amount in my currency.
