    PlayerBase 4.0.6 with Cheat Engine

    Hey guys.

I would like to know if there is a tutorial on how to get to the PlayerBase static address with Cheat Engine.

    What I tried is following:
    - current Life in World of Warcraft.
    - scanning it for offsets, they are: 0x8 and (4 * 1A) = 0x68

Well and after that I've tried to scan that multi pointer, i've created with the 2 offsets, which points to my current Life. The problem is every time i scan that pointer for the offsets of the PlayerBase the game crashes.

Any advice what I've done wrong? And yes, I've read alot of threads here but I don't want to copy and paste it. I want do it myself so I can learn it for the future.

I hope you can help me
