Does anyone know of some working rift hacks that are working as of now? I would love to see what's out there, but I can't seem to find any!

You'd be better off with something like a model edit. To change the small sparkle into a large object.

Of what I've read noone has been able to do more than extract some icons from the game files.
We're probably some time away from being able to exchange the models.
Probably better off creating a radar.
