2400 rating in 3's/5's (updated thread)

I'm looking for somebody (preferably on Mannoroth-Horde US, but any server as long as horde) to get me 2400 rating in 3's/5's.

Offering USD.

some things to note

the person i am buying from would be able to play the account.
the character (a rogue) has 2/5 Vicious and rest bloodthirsty. Has Unheeded Warning + other good trinkets (Unsolvable Riddle/the Alchemist one). No daggers though, only PvP gear I am missing.
2200+ is fine, just 2400 would be preferred.
