Scammed by Nothingless12 - Advice please

I have tried to contact this guy countless times today and yesterday, I paid the money for an account of his and some cd keys thrown in upfront a day ago and he gave me some bullshit excuse 2 minutes later how his dad is ill in hospital and he has to go.

He kept coming backwards and forth on IM and was even active on here not replying to my pm's I even offered meeting him down the middle and asking him to give me a refund and I accept fee's, he hasn't replied and has walked away with my honest cash from a genuine guy just looking for an account.

I handed him $175 over paypal, it was not a gift, just for services (he accepted the fee), I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get this back??

Seriously, any advice really is appreciated, I'm not exactly new here (on and off active) but I have recently started buying accounts on mmobay.net ect and thought I would try here, guess my luck has ran out.

My girlfriend also had a miscarriage last week and I really need the cash back, seeing as it wont be going back into botting on the account to rake back for her valentines present, which I wanted to get something nice due to the circumstances, you hear that Nothingless12? Hope you're happy. hope karma assrapes you.

    Thanks guys!
    - Joe

Open a ticket with paypal and tell them you did not recieve your goods as promised. They do not cover virtual goods. You will get your money back.

I guess I overread the 'physical goods' part and direcly started reading at the $1.000..
Anyways like you've stated, a ticket should solve the issue.

So I just open a ticket and not a dispute?
If this works, god bless you.

Quick update, I'm escelating the claim right now, He came out the woodwork a few days ago claiming he had H1N1 flu aswell and his dad did and he's only just got his laptop in hospital, said he would give me a refund if I closed the dispute but I'm sure if I closed it he would of ran away with my money as I can't re-open it.
He also called me rude, even though I was extra nice for days with no account after handing over $175 and actually believed him, he still didn't do the deal, so I vented frustration and told him he's ran away with $175 after a very bad week for me and he didn't seem to care, if anything he was laughing.

Summary so far: Scammed out of $175 by him and now have to wait for paypal to sort it, lovely valentines present.

The guy is an utter douche and may mod's look into this please? How do I report him for scamming on this forum?

If I'm not mistaken, if you close the dispute once, you wont be able to reopen it. Just leave it open and wait till paypal sorts it, you will get your money back.
