Anti AFK Request!

Hello all! I am just wondering if anybody knows a macro or any type of program that will work for Mac OS X and will keep me from going AFK. My intentions with this are to farm the Phosphorescent Stone Drake in Deepholm. I am planning on having my toon camp a spawn point over night while I am sleeping! My NPCscan's alarm will wake me up, I just need something that will keep my toon from logging out after being AFK for a few minutes! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Use that in apple script. It will fly up then down every 360-600seconds.
I used it to get my drake, and i now have it.
