Priest. More detail inside

So I'm looking for a Priest. It must be US, I don't care if it's Alliance or Horde.

A bonus would be if it were on an unbound World of Warcraft account, NOT attached to a battle.net account.

Obviously the higher level it is the better, but there aren't many unbound accounts with 80's on them as battle.net was implemented early on in WotLK.

Also, if you run a powerleveling service, I'd take an estimate of level 1-70 leveling with just vanilla and tbc on the account.
