EU Honor Farming

Hey, I'm looking to buy Honor Farming for my 85 Druid EU, he already has some Bloodied gear, and 3 peices of Bloodthirsty gear so it should really a huge problem farming it.
I'm looking to buy 18900 honor (Will give you a list of items I wish you to buy when you get the honor for them, to not hit the cap.) from the time of posting this thread but I will be farming a little myself until I find someone willing to do the service.
