SFK HC dropped Stormwind Banner as horde

I didn't really know where to post this but I'm interested in hearing if anyone else have had something like this happening.
Happened to my friend and he was so kind as to screenshot it for me.



This item is, as far as I know, from the stormwind quartermaster at the argent tournament.
Dropped from Lord Walden while playing as horde.
No loot tables indicate that he should be able to drop it at all, am I completely missing something or is this just a random occurrence?

AFAIK you dont roll for white items?

Looks a lot like that to me. Not only are they rolling on a white item, but the item description ("Darnassus") does not match a Stormwind Banner either.

According to Wowhead the description is that way even for alliance Stormwind Banner - Item - World of Warcraft but, yea it could be a cache error
