Opinion - Cross Faction - Dancing Troll Village
Opinion - Horde - Blank Area West of Tirisfal Glades
Opinion - Alliance - Elwynn Falls

Just my opinions. That way, even if someone doesn't have TBC, they can still access vendors. Plus, none of those areas are easy for noobs to get to. :P

Would this be along the mountains of Darkshore? Because I am pretty sure that is the Dancing Troll Village. I can get there on official servers, if i wasn't banned >.< Hmm, I wonder if forum trolls and forest trolls are related...
