Why would I google it. You could just use a stolen paypal behind a proxy and there would be no way to trace you. You are the only one protected in this situation. I call scam.

Paypal is a ****d system to do online trading for virtual goods but also selling virtual goods is ****ing hard to find 2 legit people. get ID verified with a middleman service is the only way
