Just another site? Prolly. But I experienced HORRIBLE service with them.

I ordered 53-69 for my Worgen Warrior (wanted to skip Outlands). Costed $18! Great price!
Next, I go to live chat to ask when I should wrap things up so the leveler can log in. She said it was in some queue so he would be on in an hour. Went to bed. Woke up, and noticed an email saying I had an authenticator. My bad, forgot. Took it off, she said leveler will get on in 2 hours. Ok great! So I went to my classes came home around 16:00. Checked the armory on my phone to see what level my warrior was and if I was logged in. Same level not logged in. Logged in and he was where I had logged him off in. I get back on chat and the same person (all 3 times it was same person) says its in queue. I point out she has said that twice now. She doesn't respond for like 5 minutes when she says "ok sorry." I ask for a refund, because this is clearly bulls**t. She says email the manager, so I do, describing the situation, etc. This was 2 days ago. 2 days later I have recieved no email back and I have not recieved a refund on my card yet.

All in all, I do not recommend using this site ever, they will just rob you.

I payed them for pwlvl my warrior 55,99$ a hot package with 7 different things included and leveling 66-85 but it has gone 2 days and they havent even touched him, they make excuses that they are busy and the gamer must set up schedule for my order, the site is sponsored and in the top 3 google hits so i thought it was trustable because i have had no problems with pwlvlcompanies before but now i have so much regret

Bought some gold from them, they advertise guaranteed 30 minute delivery. This was for my kid, who doesn't get to play much, it was a Christmas present.

First they had the wrong server/faction. Then they said it'd be 5-6 hours. I said that won't work, I want my money back, they told me to email the manager. At this point I figured it as a scam so I told "Sharron" if they didn't refund it immediately, I'd dispute it, and the customer service goon went crazy, threatening me. I disputed it anyway, and emailed the manager. They said they wouldn't do anything unless I removed the dispute.

I removed the dispute and they told me they'd mail the gold in 4 hours when the "manager" could make sure I took the dispute off. Never happened. Contacted them again in the morning, they said they're gathering it, wait "a few hours." Did that, contacted them again, they said 5-6 hours. Waited, contacted them again, they said 1 more hour. Waited, contacted them again, they had the wrong server/faction again.

And here I sit, they're ignoring me in the customer service chat, it's nothing but b.s. and excuses, they never deliver anything. Don't use them, 100% scam.

Kinda wished I had seen this sooner... The first few times I had purchased increments of 10k gold, I had no problems, but recently I placed an order for 15k gold, and got 5k right away, but here we are going on 2+ weeks with the rest of it still missing .... I do not recommend this site at all, the prices ARE too good to be true!!!
