The card won't be removed. Blizzard doesn't reimburse for this anymore due to people scamming them. You willingly gave away the code on your gamecard. You traded something worth no physical value for something else of no physical value. That's the risk of trading. That's why it's against Blizzards TOS and that's why they don't do anything about it. You broke the rules. You lose.
