Waypoint type bot in conjunction with a Fishing bot

So I've been looking for a free bot that can fish pools in Northrend and have not been able to find anything. I have recently seen bots that record waypoints for your character and can then run along that path.

What I was wondering is, if there is or could be a bot that records a path and stops your character facing a certain direction for a set interval of time. Do that while having something like MrFishIt running and he will automatically fish when he stops at the waypoints for the preset interval of time.

Does this sound possible? Is there anything out there that can record paths for your character to run and also have him stop for a set amount of time? For someone with knowledge of botting programming it sounds like it might be easy.
