    Weird weapon model

The weapon Wild Hammer has an extremely odd model to it, in terms of being equipped. Here are some screenshots. It's useless, but I pulled "wtf" when I threw it on. I look retarded - literally - when fighting.

My friend linked me this when he got one, and i thought it looked completely bizarre too. Why do you hold the weapon so close to the end?

It seems like there is a place for you to put your hand further down the weapon..
